Shockwave therapy

Shockwave therapy is provided using the Storz MP200 unit using a mechanical piston to generate acoustic pressure waves that travel into tissue to affect change. This modality is extremely effective in dealing with tenon based issues such as tendinosis/tendinopathy and calcific issues. Also effect for localized adhesions on muscular tissues. Typically only 3-5 sessions are required for lasting changes.
